*A 8% sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a California address.
Shipping and Handling:
Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). International orders are usually shipped the next business day.

In-Store Pickup
We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and your items will be available for pickup at our Huntington Beach Office. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

Notice
USPS First Class Mail does not provide tracking information and is uninsured. If you would like to be able to track the progress of your shipment, please select either the Priority or Express Mail option. Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Gift Cards:
80's Purple Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. These are available in varying amounts and can be found by clicking here. Online Gift Cards are only redeemable online.
To use your 80's Purple Gift Card/Credit you must be logged in to your account. Enter your code into the "Gift Card" section found on the left hand side of the screen. Once you enter your code the Gift Card amount will be applied to your account as Merchandise Credit, available for you to use on any following transactions. During your next checkout process you will be asked if you would like to apply your Merchandise Credit to your order.
Returns and Exchanges:
Holiday Returns
We are happy to extend our return policy through January 15th, 2013 on items purchased between Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you are returning a gift, it may be returned for an online merchandise credit.Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Bathing suits and underwear are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.Domestic Returns
Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.Make sure to include your invoice or returns form when mailing your return to the address below:

Local Returns
As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the HB warehouse. Any exchange or store credit will be given in compliance with our current in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original price paid within 15 days of date of purchase for any non-sale items returned in their original condition.Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
